1. General Provisions and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the relationship between jllpub.cam (hereinafter "jllpub," "we," "us," or "our"), a gaming platform operating under PAGCOR regulation in the Republic of the Philippines, and any individual or entity (hereinafter "User," "Player," "you," or "your") who accesses or uses our services.

1.1 Definitions

For purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a User on the jllpub platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds available in a User's Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by jllpub, subject to specific terms.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot machine, live dealer table, sports betting event, or other gaming product available on jllpub.
• "Platform" means the jllpub website accessible at jllpub.cam and any associated mobile applications or services.
• "Jurisdiction" means the Republic of the Philippines and any territory where jllpub services are legally accessible.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any country, state, or jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or where jllpub is not licensed to operate.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, accessing the Platform, placing wagers, or using any jllpub service, you explicitly accept and agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all other policies referenced herein. Your continued use of jllpub constitutes ongoing acceptance of any modifications to these Terms as published on our Platform.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account and use jllpub services. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law governing casino-style gambling operations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. jllpub reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Residency and Legal Compliance

You must be a resident of the Philippines or a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. You may not register or use jllpub services if you are located in a Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jllpub complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. jllpub disclaims all liability for any illegal use of its services by Users in jurisdictions where such use is prohibited.

2.3 Account Registration Process

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to register only one (1) Account on jllpub. Multiple Accounts created by the same individual, household, or IP address are strictly prohibited. jllpub employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. Discovery of multiple Accounts will result in closure of all associated Accounts, cancellation of all pending transactions, and forfeiture of balances. Winnings derived from multiple Account abuse will not be paid.

2.5 Account Credentials and Security

Upon registration, you will create login credentials consisting of a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You agree to notify jllpub immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. jllpub is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.

3. Account Security and Verification

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming standards, jllpub requires all Users to complete identity verification. You must provide government-issued identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, postal ID, or voter's ID) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days). Verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request.

3.2 Document Submission and Review

Documents submitted for verification must be clear, legible, and unaltered. All four corners of identification documents must be visible. Proof of address must clearly show your name and registered address. jllpub reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct video verification calls if deemed necessary. The verification process typically completes within 24-48 hours, though complex cases may require additional time.

3.3 Enhanced Due Diligence

jllpub reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence for high-value transactions, unusual betting patterns, or Users flagged by our security systems. This may include requests for additional documentation, source of funds verification, or enhanced identity checks. Failure to cooperate with due diligence requests may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending investigation completion.

3.4 Account Monitoring

jllpub continuously monitors Accounts for suspicious activity, fraud indicators, bonus abuse, and violations of these Terms. We employ automated systems and manual review processes. Suspicious activity includes but is not limited to: rapid deposits and withdrawals, irregular betting patterns, use of VPNs or proxy services, coordinated play with other Users, and patterns consistent with money laundering or bonus abuse.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

jllpub accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank), cryptocurrency (USDT), and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method. Deposits are typically credited instantly, though bank transfers may require 15-60 minutes. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider. jllpub does not charge deposit fees.

4.2 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawal requests must be made through your Account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless otherwise agreed. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Processing times vary: e-wallets (GCash, Maya) typically complete within 5-15 minutes, bank transfers within 1-3 hours, and cryptocurrency within 1 hour, subject to network confirmation times.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits and Wagering Requirements

Standard withdrawal limits are PHP 50,000 per transaction and PHP 500,000 per month. VIP members may qualify for higher limits. All deposited funds must be wagered at least one time (1x) before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering requirements. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the applicable promotion terms. Attempts to withdraw without meeting wagering requirements will be declined.

4.4 Payment Method Verification

The name on your payment method must match the name registered on your jllpub Account. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. jllpub reserves the right to request documentation proving ownership of payment methods used for deposits or withdrawals. This may include bank statements, screenshots of e-wallet accounts, or credit card photos (with middle numbers obscured). Failure to verify payment method ownership may result in transaction reversal and Account suspension.

4.5 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on jllpub are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit using a payment method denominated in another currency, your payment provider will apply their standard conversion rate and fees. jllpub is not responsible for currency conversion costs or exchange rate fluctuations.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Eligibility and Terms

Bonuses offered by jllpub are subject to specific terms and conditions which are displayed on the promotion page and incorporated into these Terms by reference. General bonus eligibility requires: (a) completion of KYC verification, (b) no duplicate Accounts, (c) no previous bonus abuse, and (d) compliance with all Terms. jllpub reserves the right to refuse bonuses to any User at its sole discretion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 35x (bonus + deposit) before bonus funds and associated winnings become withdrawable. For example, a PHP 1,000 deposit with a 100% bonus requires wagering of PHP 70,000 before withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe (typically 30 days). Failure to complete wagering within the timeframe results in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

5.3 Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Standard contribution rates: slots 100%, video poker and table poker 20%, roulette and blackjack 10%, baccarat and live dealer games 5%. Specific games may be excluded entirely from bonus play. Playing excluded games with active bonus funds may result in bonus forfeiture and voiding of associated winnings.

5.4 Maximum Bet Restrictions

When playing with active bonus funds, the maximum bet is PHP 100 per spin or hand, or 10% of the remaining bonus amount, whichever is lower. Exceeding maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active constitutes a material breach of bonus terms and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings, even if wagering requirements have been completed.

5.5 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated play with other Users, irregular betting patterns designed to convert bonus funds without risk, exploiting game glitches or errors, and any other activity that violates the spirit of fair play. Users identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, and Accounts permanently closed without refund of deposits.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on jllpub use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology tested and certified by independent auditors including GLI (Gaming Laboratories International) and BMM Testlabs. Game outcomes are completely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by jllpub or any third party. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and represent long-term statistical averages over millions of rounds.

6.2 Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring bet accuracy before confirmation. jllpub is not liable for errors made by Users when placing bets. In the event of obvious errors (such as incorrect odds display or game malfunction), jllpub reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Technical malfunctions void all affected gameplay and payouts.

6.3 Disconnections and Game Interruptions

If your connection to jllpub is interrupted during gameplay, your active game round will be resolved according to game rules. For slots and RNG games, if the outcome was already determined, your balance will be updated accordingly. For live dealer games, if you are disconnected, the dealer will continue the round and the outcome stands. It is your responsibility to maintain stable internet connectivity.

6.4 Unfair Advantages and Cheating

Users are prohibited from using bots, automated software, collusion, card counting systems, edge sorting, exploiting game glitches, or any other method to gain unfair advantage. Use of VPNs, proxy servers, or IP masking to circumvent geo-restrictions is forbidden. Discovery of cheating or unfair play will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action.
